Quintablanca Palace, an unfinished project, is part of a fully walled estate with around 7.1 hectares of land and a gross construction area of 38,309 m². This development was developed with the architectural support of the Moroccan Consul in Portugal, who brought to this project striking influences from that beautiful country.

Quintablanca Palace is made up of a central unit and four distinct centres representing the four elements of the Universe: Water, Earth, Fire and Air. This unique project stands out for its use of artisanal techniques in most of the interiors.

Centre Module

With a total surface area of 2,157 m² and a covered area of 5,110 m², this module is spread over four floors. The two upper floors surround a Mediterranean courtyard with a gallery, and include various functional areas such as:

– Marrakech grill room

– Bar and music room

– Chapel and multipurpose rooms

The chapel, symbolically located in the centre of the east wing of this module, welcomes visitors to Quintablanca Palace. This spiritual space includes an imposing central nave with an altarpiece, a baptismal font and a prayer space with a mihrab.

Kasbah modules

Each of the three Kasbah modules includes six residential units, each with a private garden patio with a water mirror or fountain, a communal living room with a fireplace, and a panoramic terrace. The units are developed around a majestic central courtyard, with paths and areas that evoke the kasbahs of North Africa.

– Kasbah II and III: Each with a total area of 1,206 m² and a covered area of 945 m²

Stables Module

With a total area of 3,029 m² and a covered area of 3,553 m², this module is located at the northern end of the property and was designed to house Lusitano Horses and an Olympic Riding School (unfinished module).
