A fronteira espanhola preenche o restante dos limites sul e leste.
Situado no edifício mais alto do Sabugal o RaiHotel (inicialmente chamou-se PalizHotel) é um empreendimento turístico que era reconhecido pelo conforto e qualidade com 51 quartos (45 duplos, 4 suites e 2 quartos para deficientes) com ar condicionado, acesso à internet, televisão, mini-bar, som ambiente e varandas.
O restaurante D. Dinis tem 2 salas com capacidade para 80 pessoas.
No piso inferior dispõe de um auditório com 200 lugares sentados ou 400 em pé para festas, banquetes, festas, conferências, saraus ou recitais.

The municipality of Sabugal is located in the extreme southeast of the Guarda district.
It occupies 822.7 km2 in the transition zone from Cova da Beira to Meseta Ibérica.
It confines on the north with the municipalities of Almeida and Guarda, on the west with that of Belmonte, at the south with those of Fundão and Penamacor.
The Spanish border fills the rest of the south and east boundaries.
